離主要區域有點距離, 搭電車至少半小時. 如果不趕的人可以考慮. 餐食非常好. 房間可看到海景.......

訂了海景雙人床房,房間超級大,無敵海景,最最重點是自駕方便太多,加了酒店會員停車場全免,加會員不用錢,就算不加會員也是1000円1天,酒店內有Lawson,附近其他酒店也有Family Mart 。我自駕環球影城回來酒店很近很方便。早餐款式多好吃,有自制pancake,好吃！性價比高！

設施：房間很大，安靜，打開窗簾就能看見海衞生：乾凈，整潔，房間每天打掃環境：交通便利，離地鐵很近，餐廳很多，B1就有羅森超市，馬路對面就是71，離環影很近服務：服務人員禮貌熱情，很棒的住宿體驗

I accidentally booked 2 adults but forgot to add my boy 13yrs, but they can’t change anything, just push the responsibility to the agent. I have to booked additional hotel room for my son! I booked 1 month early and paid a big dollar for it, but they reduced further 20% few days later without notifying me or my agent. When i found out, they said sorry but nothing they can do. The will simply punish if you booked early. It’s not encouraging, not impressed at all. I specifically told them to give me a higher level when i came on the day earlier than I check out, they said yes, and just ignored. Worst 5 star hotel I ever experienced in Japan.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the high level of service provided by the staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail felt carefully considered. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city center. However, transportation is still convenient, and the peaceful location can actually be a plus for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the crowds.

A bit distance from the city centre. Have to change multiple line to get to famous tourist attractions. But the view from this hotel is amazing. The hotel room is very clean and the staff were politely and helpful
